以2010年定植的早实核桃“绿岭”为试材,采取不同坡向、坡位的核桃果实进行品质鉴定及分析,研究了地形因素对薄皮核桃果实品质的影响。结果表明:坡向和坡位对薄皮核桃外在和内在品质均有影响。阳坡上部、阳坡中部、阳坡下部、阴坡上部、阴坡中部、阴坡下部的核桃坚果三径均值分别为3.43、3.43、3.57、3.37、3.52、3.54cm;单果质量分别为11.46、11.67、12.51、9.69、12.12、12.74g;果壳厚度分别为0.142、0.140、0.132、0.110、0.136、0.131cm;果实出仁率分别为59.83%、56.67、57.23%、61.66%、56.86%、56.08%;果仁总蛋白质含量分别为19.93、19.13、18.25、18.01、16.40、17.27g/100g;脂肪含量分别为65.41、67.81、66.04、67.23、66.23、67.60g/100g;可溶性蛋白质含量分别为4.02、4.01、3.61、3.67、3.87、3.52g/100g。
The early walnut “Green Ridge” planted in 2010 was used as material to evaluate the quality of walnut fruits with different aspect and slope positions.
