本研究采用多元分析的方法,以主成分值和遗传距离为尺度定量地测定了23个胡麻品种(系)间的遗传差异,并据此对品种进行了综合评选和聚类分析。结果指出,主要分析可以作为评价品种综合性状优劣、选择优良亲本的一种方法。遗传距离的大小在一定程度上反映了品种(系)间的亲缘关系,它能较精细地度量出品种间数量性状的遗传差异。根据遗传距离的大小和主成分分析的结果,初步提出了一些较优组合供育种工作参考。
In this study, the genetic diversity of 23 flax varieties (lines) was quantitatively determined by the method of multivariate analysis based on the principal component values and the genetic distances, and the varieties were comprehensively selected and clustered. The results indicate that the main analysis can be used as a method to evaluate the comprehensive traits of varieties and select the best parents. To some extent, the genetic distance reflects the genetic relationship among breeds (strains), which can more finely measure the genetic differences of quantitative traits among breeds. According to the size of genetic distance and the result of principal component analysis, some optimal combinations were proposed for breeding reference.
