随着用户对钢板性能要求的不断提高和国内板材产能的不断增加,市场竞争越来越激烈,济钢中厚板厂为了快速占领高端板材市场,新建了一条调质生产线。本文通过介绍调质生产线,对其关键设备,热处理炉和淬火机的情况作了简要说明。中厚板厂调质生产线的成功应用,对中厚板热处理设施建设与应用有借鉴意义和推广价值。
With the continuous improvement of the performance requirements of the steel plate and the continuous increase of the domestic plate production capacity, the market competition is becoming more and more intense. In order to quickly occupy the high-end sheet metal market, the Jigang Medium Plate Mill newly built a quenching and quality production line. This article describes the quenching production line, the key equipment, heat treatment furnace and quenching machine made a brief description of the situation.
