本文通过对转移型等离子弧切割中喷嘴带电及喷孔近壁冷气流层导电特性的研究,进一步论证了双弧产生机理,并提出了提高喷嘴电位防止双弧的新措施。
In this paper, the electrification of the nozzle and the conductive characteristics of the near-wall cold-air flow in the spray hole of transfer-type plasma arc cutting are studied. The mechanism of double-arc generation is further demonstrated and new measures to prevent the double-arc from increasing by the nozzle potential are proposed.
