目的研究苏木Caesalpinia sappan种子的化学成分。方法采用柱色谱技术对苏木种子的95%甲醇提取物进行分离纯化,采用波谱技术结合化学方法进行结构鉴定。结果从苏木种子提取物中分离得到了15个化合物,包括13个卡山烷型二萜类化合物,分别鉴定为caesaldekarin K(1)、demethylcaesaldekarin C(2)、taepeenin H(3)、taepeenin I(4)、caesalpinista A(5)、caesalpinista B(6)、cordylane C(7)、deoxycaesaldekarin C(8)、phanginin A(9)、phanginin B(10)、phanginin C(11)、phanginin D(12)、phanginin E(13)及β-谷甾醇(14)、β-胡萝卜苷(15)。结论化合物1~8、14~15为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Caesalpinia sappan seeds. Methods The 95% methanolic extracts of Hematoxylin andchia Seeds were separated and purified by column chromatography. Their structures were identified by spectroscopy and chemical methods. Results Fifteen compounds, including 13 kabanenane type diterpenoids, were isolated from the seeds of Hematoxylin and eosin and identified as caesaldekarin K (1), demethylcaesaldekarin C (2), taepeenin H (3), taepeenin I (4), caesalpinista A (5), caesalpinista B (6), cordylane C (7), deoxycaesaldekarin C (8), phanginin A (9), phanginin B ), Phanginin E (13) and β-sitosterol (14), β-daucosterol (15). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 8,14 ~ 15 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
