薪酬管理是指企业在经营战略和发展规划的指导下,为了能够发挥员工的积极性,将员工的薪酬与组织目标有机地结合起来的一系列的对薪酬水平、薪酬结构、薪酬形式进行确定、分配和调整的过程。随着企业规模的发展和企业人员数量不断的增加,企业的薪酬管理工作也出现一些问题,本文就此进行简要分析。
