目的:观察LA(即腹腔镜阑尾切除术)操作中应用不同阑尾残端处理手段的效果.方法:选取2018年11月～2020年9月急性阑尾炎病例79例,按残端处理方法分组,A组(Hem-o-lok结扎联合丝线结扎)40例,B组(丝线结扎联合荷包包埋)39例.比较手术情况、并发症、疼痛程度.结果:A组手术较快、费用较低.结论:在急性阑尾炎LA治疗时进行丝线结扎和Hem-o-lok结扎联合,手术效率较高,费用较低,应用效果良好.
