为切实贯彻交通部召开的青岛会议精神,在深化改革中强化管理,促进两个文明建设,南通港掀起了学习青岛港、苦练基本功的热潮。1995年,在市场竞争激烈,货源严重不足的困难条件下,南通港真抓实干,依然取得了营运收入超历史,吞吐量达指标的良好效益;并被评为长江上第一个国家卫生港口。 几赴青岛觅真经 去年5月上旬,交通部和山东省政府在青岛港联合召开了全国交通企业深化改革,加强管理现场交流会。没过几天,南通港领导就率领有关处室的人员,奔赴青岛港参观现场管理。回来后立即召开会议,研究学习青岛港的步骤和措施,并向各基层单位转发了黄镇东部长及刘松金副部长在青岛会议上的讲话。狼山港务公司、姚港港务公司和通州港务公司等基层单位,在组织学习讲话的同时,分批分期组织有关领导干部,奔赴青岛港学习取经,并相继召开了中层干部会议,研究学习对策,找出了自身管理弱点,制订了管理目标和实施步骤以及整改措施。
