目的:对秃叶黄皮树Phellodendron chinensevar.glabriusculum果实中的水溶性化学成分进行研究。方法:柱色谱分离,根据波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果:从正丁醇部分分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别为sinapyl 9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),betulalbuside A(2),熊果苷(3),腺嘌呤核苷(4),3,5-二羟基苯乙醇-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖(5),3,5-二羟基甲苯-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖(6),N-trans-p-coumaroyloctopamine(7),小檗碱(8)。结论:化合物1~7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the water-soluble chemical constituents in the fruit of Phellodendron chinensevar.glabriusculum. Methods: Column chromatography was used to identify compound structures based on spectral data. RESULTS: Eight compounds were isolated and identified from the n-butanol fraction, namely sinapyl 9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), betulalbuside A (2), arbutin (3), adenosine (4) ,3,5-dihydroxyphenylethanol-3-O-β-D-glucose (5), 3,5-dihydroxytoluene-3-O-β-D-glucose (6), N-trans-p- Coumaroyloctopamine (7), berberine (8). Conclusion: Compounds 1~7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
