脉冲震荡法(impulse oscillometry,IOS)是近年来临床开展的一项肺功能测定新技术,其操作简单,快速,敏感性高,重复性较好,配合程度要求低特别适合学龄前儿童。研究重点探讨了IOS国内参考值、临床应用中仍存在的一些疑问及其发展前景。 Impulsive oscillometry (IOS) is a new pulmonary function test developed in recent years. It is simple, rapid, sensitive and reproducible. The IOS with low level of cooperation is especially suitable for preschoolers. The research focuses on IOS domestic reference value, some questions still exist in clinical application and its development prospect.
