本课题对人颅骨５０个１００侧上颌前牙牙槽骨进行测量，测量项目包括上颌前牙根尖到梨状孔下界的距离，上颌前牙根尖上５ｍｍ处牙槽骨的厚度，梨状孔的宽度及两侧尖牙牙槽窝远中骨壁间距，对所删数据进行统计学处理，计算数学期望值。本研究结果提示：①尖牙至梨状孔的距离明显小于中切牙及侧切牙；②根尖上牙槽基骨厚度，中切牙与侧切牙，侧切牙与尖牙Ｐ＜０．０１，中切牙与尖牙，Ｐ＜０．０５；③牙槽骨基部的厚度尖牙最厚，中切牙次之，侧切牙再次之；④梨状孔宽均数２４．３６ｍｍ，两侧尖牙间距均数３６．１７ｍｍ，两者之差平均１１．５０ｍｍ。梨状孔与尖牙间距之间比较Ｐ＜０．０１，差异有非常显著意义，尖牙间距明显大于梨状孔宽。结合所测数据对上颌前牙牙槽骨某些常规手术，如牙外科正畸术，上颌前部截骨术，人工牙种植术，根管内固定术术式进行分析，提出手术注意事项及上颌前牙牙槽骨基部解剖形态对手术的指导意义。 In this project, 50 100-sided maxillary anterior teeth alveolar bone of human skull were measured.
