目的:探讨“人机对话互动式”泌尿外科病案教学软件设计的思路在泌尿外科临床教学工作中的应用及效果。方法将来我院泌尿外科临床实习生随机分为传统的以授课为基础的学习教学组和“人机对话互动式”泌尿外科病案教学软件设计的思路进行教学的教学组,通过出科考试评估两组学生的临床实践能力,应用问卷调查“人机对话互动式”泌尿外科病案教学软件的设计思路进行教学的效果。结果“人机对话互动式”泌尿外科病案教学软件设计的思路进行教学的教学组学生的理论综合考试和临床技能考试成绩显著高于 LBL 教学组( P<0.05),学生对教学效果的满意度也显著高于传统 LBL教学组。结论在泌尿外科临床教学工作中,“人机对话互动式”泌尿外科病案教学软件设计的思路进行教学的教学法效果优于 LBL 教学法,有助于培养学生自主学习,发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的能力及临床动手能力。“,”Objective To explore the Effect of IMD (Interaction man-machine dialogue) teaching software design ideas application in clinicallUrology cases. Methods The students of our hospitallurology were categorized into 2 groups randomly,one classes conducted IMD course,the other classes were in traditionallcurriculum LBll(1ecture-based learning). The teaching Effect was analyzed by questionnaire and the clinicallpractice capacity was evaluated by examination. Results The performance of the students in IMD was bet er than traditionallclass(LBL) and the students were more satisfied with the IMD courses ( P<0.05).
