20世纪90年代初,一项重大的国家战略——开发开放浦东,使上海浦东成为中国改革开放的前沿。在国家战略的牵引下,浦东从一片沉寂农田,脱胎换骨成现代化城区。《浦东开发开放战略与实践》的作者陈高宏,现任上海交通大学中国城市治理研究院副院长;曾任浦东新区党工委管委会政策研究室主任,浦东新区区委常委,区委办公室、区政府办公室、区外办主任,区级机关党委书记,宣传部长兼文广局局长、新闻办主任。他作为浦东开发开放的亲历者、见证者、参与者,从战略的视角进行回顾和思考。本刊将分两期刊登此文。 In the early 1990s, a major national strategy of developing and opening up Pudong made Shanghai Pudong the forefront of China’s reform and opening up. Driven by the national strategy, Pudong from a quiet farmland, reborn into a modern city. Chen Gaohong, the author of “Pudong Development and Opening Strategy and Practice”, is currently vice president of China Institute of Urban Governance of Shanghai Jiaotong University; once served as director of Policy Research Office of Pudong New Area Party Committee, member of Pudong New Area Committee and District Office , District government offices, district offices director, district-level party secretary, propaganda minister and Secretary for Culture and Welfare, news office director. As a witness and participant in Pudong’s development and opening up, he reviewed and thought from a strategic perspective. This issue will be published in two phases.
