全国法院系统学术讨论会,从1989年至今,已是第六届了,论文质量不断提高,江苏省也已举办了全省法院系统六届学术讨论会,也是越办越好.今年全省各级法院共撰写学术论文近260篇,向省院推荐了163篇.共评出一等奖3篇,二等奖7篇,三等奖24篇,我们向最高法院推荐了40篇论文,其中有14篇获奖,一等奖1篇,二等奖6篇三等奖7篇.从第三届学术讨论会设立组织奖开始,我们已连续四次获得了组织奖.我们在工作中取得的一些成绩,是在最高法院领导下取得的,也是全省各级法院审判人员努力的结果.
The National Academic Seminar on Court System has been the 6th since 1989, and the quality of the essay has been continuously improved. Jiangsu Province has also organized the 6th Academic Symposium of the Provincial Court System, which is also getting better and better. There were 260 academic papers and 163 recommended papers to the provincial courts, of which 3 were first prize, 7 second and 24 third, and we recommended 40 papers to the Supreme Court, of which There are 14 award-winning, first prize 1, second prize 6 third prize 7. Since the organization of the third seminar award, we have won the organization award four times in a row. Some achievements were made under the leadership of the Supreme Court and as a result of the efforts of judicial personnel at all levels of the province.
