目的:探讨内科患者出院后护理中应用微信的效果。方法:按照随机数字表法将2016年1月-2016年12月绍兴市柯桥区中医医院内科收治的78例患者分组为对照组与干预组,各39例,其中对照组患者于出院后实施常规护理和来院复查等;干预组于对照组常规护理基础上应用微信平台。评价2组患者干预前、干预4个月后心理状态变化(焦虑、抑郁、自尊心),通过问卷调查方式来调查干预后生活质量、治疗依从性及护理满意度。结果:2组干预4个月后焦虑、抑郁评分较干预前显著下降,自尊心评分较干预前显著提高,干预组干预4个月后焦虑、抑郁评分下降程度较对照组显著,t=(7.77,7.60),P=(0.00,0.00),自尊心评分升高程度优于对照组,t=5.07,P=0.00。干预组干预4个月后治疗依从性、护理满意度评分明显高于对照组,P<0.05,干预组干预4个月后睡眠质量、躯体症状、社会情感、精神状态评分明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:内科患者于出院后延续护理干预中应用微信平台可有助于改善其心理状态,提高其治疗依从性及对护理的满意度,从而更好地改善其生活质量。
Objective: To investigate the effect of applying WeChat in medical patients discharged from hospital after their discharge. Methods: According to the random number table method, 78 patients admitted from January 2016 to December 2016 in Keqiao District Chinese Medicine Hospital of Shaoxing were divided into control group and intervention group, with 39 cases in each group. The patients in control group were discharged after discharge Routine care and hospital review; intervention group in the control group on the basis of routine care using the WeChat platform. The changes of psychological status (anxiety, depression, self-esteem) in the two groups before and after intervention for 4 months were evaluated. The quality of life, treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction were investigated by questionnaire. Results: At 4 months after intervention, anxiety and depression scores decreased significantly compared with those before intervention, and scores of self-esteem increased significantly after intervention. The level of anxiety and depression scores in intervention group were significantly lower than those in control group at 4 months after intervention (t = 7.77, 7.60), P = (0.00,0.00). The degree of self-esteem score was higher than that of the control group, t = 5.07, P = 0.00. After intervention for 4 months, the treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction score were significantly higher in the intervention group than in the control group (P <0.05). After intervention for 4 months in the intervention group, the scores of sleep quality, physical symptoms, social emotion and mental status were significantly better than those of the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion: The application of WeChat platform to medical patients after discharge from hospital may help to improve their psychological status, improve their compliance with treatment and satisfaction with nursing so as to better improve their quality of life.
