为了综合了解青春期女生月经初潮与形态、性征发育之间的关系，笔者试用条件Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ回归统计方法对１１～１５岁已、未月经初潮７８对女生的形态及性征指数进行多因素分析，结果表明：形态指标和性征指标虽然在单因素分析时绝大多数项目初潮组大于未潮组，且差异显著；但用条件Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ回归进行分析时，引入方程的指标仅有阴毛（Ｘ１１）、乳房（Ｘ９）、下肢长（Ｘ４）３项指标
In order to comprehensively understand the relationship between the menarche of adolescent girls and the development of morphology and sexual characteristics, the author tried Logistic regression to test multivariate analysis of the morphological and sexual index of 78 girls aged 11-15 years without premenstrual menarche. Results The results showed that although morphological and sexual indexes were the most items in the univariate analysis, the majority of the project menarche group was larger than the non-wet group, and the difference was significant.
