通过应用高效换热器,使携带一定冷量的原料气在小冷端温差下经换热进行冷量回收,实现天然气低温脱水的过程即为复温外输。本文对中石化华北分公司大牛地气田增压后集气站复温外输的工艺进行分析,初步探讨了大牛地气田增压后不同阶段实施复温外输工艺的意义,并分析实施复温外输工艺时可能出现的相关问题及要点。
Through the application of efficient heat exchangers, the feed gas carrying a certain amount of cold energy is recovered by the heat exchange at the small cold end temperature to recover the cold energy, so that the process of low temperature dehydration of natural gas is the rewarming output. This paper analyzes the process of complex temperature recharging in pressurized gas gathering station of Daniudi gas field in North China Branch of SINOPEC and explores the significance of implementing rewarming process in different stages after increasing pressure in Daniudi gas field, Relevant problems and key points that may appear during the process of temperature outside transportation.
