目的:观察普米克、可必特雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘的疗效。方法:将2009年1月~2010年8月吉林大学白求恩第一医院小儿呼吸科诊断为哮喘的109例患儿随机分为治疗组(58例)和对照组(51例),治疗组在应用抗感染、支持治疗基础上采用普米克、可必特氧驱动雾化吸入治疗;对照组在抗感染基础上采用常规的止咳、平喘、α-糜蛋白酶500 U+生理盐水2 ml氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗。结果:治疗后治疗组总有效率为96.6%,对照组总有效率为60.8%,两组总有效率有统计学差异(χ2=39.41,P<0.01);治疗组咳嗽、喘憋、症状的缓解时间及肺部喘鸣音、啰音消失时间均较对照组明显缩短(t=16.55,P<0.01)。结论:普米克、可必特雾化吸入治疗小儿哮喘疗效好,能及时有效缓解症状。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of Pulmicort and nebulized inhalation for pediatric asthma. Methods: One hundred and ninety-nine children diagnosed as asthma in Pediatric Respiratory Department of Bethune First Hospital of Jilin University from January 2009 to August 2010 were randomly divided into treatment group (58 cases) and control group (51 cases).
