陈皮中的橙皮苷、柚皮苷和辛弗林同时提取的不同提取技术参数的优化。通过正交设计实验研究超声提取与微波提取同时提取橙皮苷、柚皮苷和辛弗林的最佳实验条件。采用高效液相(HPLC)测定提取的橙皮苷、柚皮苷和辛弗林的含量。对于陈皮药材,不同提取方法对3种活性成分的提取率影响较大,微波提取对这3种成分具有最高的提取率。在优化工艺条件下:80%甲醇水溶液,料液比1:200、微波功率300W、微波时间2min,陈皮中橙皮苷、柚皮苷和辛弗林产率分别可达(58.72±0.939)mg/g,(2.12±0.084)mg/g和(3.32±0.086)mg/g。
Optimization of Different Extraction Techniques for Simultaneous Extraction of Hesperidin, Naringin and Synephrine in Citrus. Orthogonal design experiments using ultrasonic extraction and microwave extraction simultaneous extraction of hesperidin, naringin and synephrine optimum experimental conditions. The contents of hesperidin, naringin and synephrine were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). For dried tangerine peel, different extraction methods have a great effect on the extraction rate of the three active ingredients, microwave extraction has the highest extraction rate of these three components. The yield of hesperidin, naringin and synephrine in the dried tangerine peel reached up to (58.72 ± 0.939) mg / L, respectively, under optimized conditions: 80% g, (2.12 ± 0.084) mg / g and (3.32 ± 0.086) mg / g, respectively.
