机械加工水平的高低是衡量一个国家工业生产能力的重要指标之一,随着我国制造业的不断发展,传统机械制造技术已经难以满足现代社会的需求。伴随着数字技术在机械加工中的不断应用,有效改变了传统的机械操作模式。现代数控技术具有较强的加工灵活性,可以实现各种复杂条件下物体的精密化加工和标准化生产。因此,机械加工中数控技术的应用具有十分重要的意义。本文针对数控加工技术在现代机械加工中的应用进行分析研究,以期望可以有效提高机械加工的工艺质量。
The level of machining is one of the important indicators to measure the industrial production capacity of a country. With the continuous development of manufacturing industry in our country, the traditional mechanical manufacturing technology has been unable to meet the needs of modern society. With the continuous application of digital technology in machining, the traditional mechanical operation mode has been effectively changed. Modern CNC technology has strong processing flexibility, can achieve a variety of complex conditions, the precision of the processing and standardization of production. Therefore, the application of CNC technology in machining is of great significance. In this paper, the application of CNC machining technology in modern machining is analyzed and studied in the hope that it can effectively improve the machining quality of machining.
