国家计委、外经贸部、农业部、铁道部、科技部、文化部、公安部、司法部、人事部、审计署:根据《关于在国家计委等10个部门进行基本支出预算和项目支出预算试点工作的通知》 (财预[2000]281号)要求,2001年国家计委等10个试点部门中央本级的行政管理费(公安部、司法部为机关经费)按照定员定额标准编制基本支出预算。现将试点部门基本支出预算各项定额标准下达给你们(详见附表),并就有关问题说明如下:一、基本支出预算的内容
