研究了气态燃料喷射致动器产生的二次燃烧响应(SCPR)与频率的关系。采用短燃烧室测压力和直接测量长燃烧室的总燃烧区辐射2种方法测定了SCPR,其结果很吻合,这表明燃料致动器在0~800Hz频域内有一好的SCPR,而且SCPR的相位延迟几乎随频率呈线性增长,这说明纯延时起着控制SCPR机理的作用。本文还研究了燃料致动器特性和主要喷射器结构与SCPR的关系。结果表明,SCPR主要依赖于与主燃位置有关的调谐燃料喷射位置。当二次调谐燃料被直接喷入主燃烧区时,可获得较大的SCPR。
The relationship between secondary combustion response (SCPR) and frequency of a gaseous fuel injection actuator was investigated. SCPR was measured by measuring the pressure in a short combustor and directly measuring the total combustion zone radiation in a long combustor. The results are in good agreement, which shows that the fuel actuator has a good SCPR in the frequency range of 0-800 Hz and the phase of SCPR The delay grows almost linearly with frequency, indicating that pure delay plays a role in controlling the SCPR mechanism. The paper also investigates the relationship between fuel actuator characteristics and main injector structure and SCPR. The results show that SCPR mainly depends on the tuning fuel injection position related to the main combustion position. When the secondary tuning fuel is injected directly into the main combustion zone, a larger SCPR can be obtained.
