佛经和佛画之间相比,它们的载体存在着本质的不同。佛经所依靠的是语言,人们对语言的感受是沿着语言叙述的时间流程展开的;佛画所依靠的是形象,而对它们的感受则顺从形象在空间里展开的顺序。我们如果要加工形象,那就要进行空间上的改变与调整。下面笔者以敦煌壁画的构图来浅谈一下经变画是如何将不同时间的情景归入统一空间的。
Compared with the Buddhist scriptures and Buddhism, their carriers are essentially different. The Buddhist scriptures rely on the language, people’s perception of the language is carried out along the time process of language narration; Buddhist paintings rely on the image, and their feelings are subject to the order in which the image expands in space. If we want to process the image, we must make changes and adjustments in space. The following author Dunhuang mural composition to talk about how the painting is different time scenarios into a unified space.
