本文对Ｍａｃｈ－Ｚｅｈｎｄｅｒ干涉型集成光学电光调制器的温度稳定性进行了定量分析，结果表明非对称Ｍａｃｈ－Ｚｅｈｎｄｅｒ调制器同样具有非常好的温度稳定性。
In this paper, the temperature stability of the Mach-Zehnder interferometric integrated electro-optical modulator is quantitatively analyzed. The results show that the asymmetric Mach-Zehnder modulator also has very good temperature stability.
