一、概述我厂是一个燃用劣质煤的高中压电厂,近几年来主要运行四台锅炉,其主要参数见表1。由于燃煤灰份高达55%以上,热值低至2800Kcal/kg左右,致使锅炉尾部受热面磨损十分严重,尤其是省煤器的磨损爆管事故频繁发生。1981年投产的300t/h炉仅运行7000小时就发生了省煤器磨损爆破。1983年一年中该炉高温省煤器爆管8次,于1984年5月改造,该组省煤器使用寿命为23000小时。7号炉低温省煤器运行至1986年5月大修时,因磨损爆管已堵掉1/4管排。8号炉省煤器从投产到上、下组管换新,使用寿命为19000小时。两台130
