目的 :总结电解可脱性弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤的临床经验和体会。方法 :在数字减影全脑血管造影 (DSA)监视下 ,经股动脉 ,采用电解可脱性弹簧圈 (GDC)栓塞治疗 13 5例颅内动脉瘤。结果 :栓塞达 10 0 % 12 6例 (93 % ) ;栓塞达 90 %以上 8例 (6% ) ;栓塞达 90 %以下 1例 (0 7% )。全组手术死亡 4例 (3 % ) ;术中出血 4例 ,载瘤动脉痉挛 3例 ,脑梗塞 1例 ,GDC外逸 1例。本组有 15例栓塞后 6~ 17个月进行造影随访 ,均无变化。结论 :GDC栓塞颅内动脉瘤具有微创、安全、可靠、有效、适应证广的优点 ,经验丰富的操作医师可将并发症降到最低点
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the clinical experience and experience of treatment of intracranial aneurysms with electrolytic detachable coil embolization. METHODS: Thirty-five patients with intracranial aneurysms were treated with digital subtraction whole brain angiography (DSA) undergoing echocardiography via femoral artery embolization with an electrolytically detachable coil (GDC). Results: The embolization reached 10 0% in 126 cases (93%). The embolization reached more than 90% in 8 cases (6%). The embolization reached 90% in 1 case (0 7%). Four cases (3%) died of surgery. Four cases of intraoperative bleeding, three cases of carrier artery spasm, one case of cerebral infarction, and one case of GDC escaping. This group of 15 patients 6 to 17 months after embolization angiography follow-up, no change. Conclusion: GDC embolization of intracranial aneurysms has the advantages of minimally invasive, safe, reliable, effective and widely used indications.
