目的 探讨新兵初始运动能力与训练伤发生的关系 ,为训练伤预防提供依据 .方法 整群抽取某两个团各一个连新兵 2 13人 ,按照 GJB1337- 92《士兵体能的测量和评价》的标准测量运动能力 ,训练伤由专门的医务人员定期主动筛检 .结果 两个团各一个连 2 0 3名新兵中 ,受伤组与未受伤组的初始运动能力、10 0 m跑 ,30 0 0 m跑、立定跳远、引体向上等成绩均有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;运动能力得分≥ 32 0组和运动能力得分 <32 0组 ,训练伤的发生率分别为 11%与 2 6 % ,差异达到显著水平 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,相对危险度 (RR) =2 .4,初始运动能力得分较低的新兵训练伤发生危险性高于运动能力得分较高的新兵 .结论 初始运动能力较差的新兵发生训练伤的可能性较大 (RR=2 .4) ,影响训练伤发生的主要项目是 10 0m跑、30 0 0 m跑、立定跳远、引体向上等 .
Objective To explore the relationship between the initial exercise capacity of new recruits and the occurrence of training injuries and provide the basis for the prevention of training injuries.Methods A total of 213 recruits from one or two regiments of the cluster were recruited in the cluster. According to GJB1337-92, “Soldier Physical Fitness Measurement and Evaluation” And the training injuries were regularly and actively screened by specialized medical staff.Results Among the two regiments, there were 203 recruits in each of the two regiments, and the initial exercise capacity of injured and non-injured groups was 10 0 m and 30 000 m (P <0.05); exercise ability score ≥ 32 0 and exercise ability score <32 0, the incidence of training injuries were 11% and (P <0.05). The relative risk (RR) was 2.4. The training risk of recruits with lower initial motor ability score was higher than that of those with higher exercise ability score .Conclusion The recruits with poor initial exercise ability are more likely to have a training injury (RR = 2.4).
