目的:测定复方氯霉素洗剂及氯霉素地塞米松磷酸钠滴耳液中二组份的含量。方法:采用新Vierordt法不经分离直接测定复方氯霉素洗剂及氯霉素地塞米松磷酸钠滴耳液中氯霉素、水杨酸及地塞米松磷酸钠、氯霉素的含量。结果:以278,302 nm分别为复方氯霉素洗剂中两组分的测定波长,以无水乙醇为空白,氯霉素和水杨酸的平均回收率及RSD分别为100.32%,0.16%和99.95%,0.23%;以242,278 nm为氯霉素地塞米松磷酸钠滴耳液中两组份的测定波长,以蒸馏水为空白,地塞米松磷酸钠和氯霉素的平均回收率及RSD分别为99.86%,1.39%和100.28%,0.13%。结论:本法操作简便快速,重现性好,可消除各处方中二组份的相互干扰,结果满意。
Objective: To determine the content of two components in compound chloramphenicol lotion and chloramphenicol dexamethasone sodium phosphate ear drops. Methods: The new Vierordt method was used to determine the content of chloramphenicol, salicylic acid, dexamethasone sodium phosphate and chloramphenicol in compound chloramphenicol lotion and chloramphenicol dexamethasone sodium phosphate ear drops without separation. Results: The determination wavelength of the two components in the compound chloramphenicol was 278 and 302 nm respectively. The absolute recovery and the RSD of chloramphenicol and salicylic acid were 100.32% 0.16% and 99.95%, 0.23%; 242,278 nm chloramphenicol dexamethasone sodium phosphate ear drops in the determination of the two components of the wavelength, distilled water blank, the average of dexamethasone sodium phosphate and chloramphenicol The recoveries and RSD were 99.86%, 1.39% and 100.28%, 0.13% respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and reproducible, which can eliminate the mutual interference between the two components in each prescription. The results are satisfactory.
