本文在分析高职高专商务英语专业学生岗位能力需求的基础上,针对商务英语专业的人才培养目标和人才培养标准,以职业教育基于职业属性的专业观、基于工作过程的课程观和多元智能的人才观,以及建构主义学习理论和认知语言学为基础,提出构建从“感性认知实训—模拟情景实训—模拟软件实训—校内虚拟电子工作后台实训—实体企业实训”的递阶式、由“英语+商务+计算机+职业素养”四大模块构成的商务英语专业实训体系的建设思路并进行改革与实践,取得了较好的实训效果,为同类高职高专院校提高商务英语专业的实训效果提供了一定的借鉴。
