Anthropology for archaeologists, written by bryong Orme of Exete University in the United Kingdom, was published by Cornell University Press in 1981. The author believes that the greatest potential value of anthropology for studying ancient society is not only to help identify wacky artifacts, or to help study one aspect of human activity, but more importantly, to provide a format for restoring ancient human life. Through many facts, this book shows that the anthropological analysis of the modern non-literary society can fill in the gaps left by the fragmentary archaeological excavations and attempt to establish a reliable bridge between anthropology and archeology. The book in addition to “Introduction” a total of nine chapters, one after another in the publication. Translation wrong and inappropriate, please correct me.
