由于超临界机组复杂的动态特性、变参数的运行方式、多变量的控制特点,采用传统的设计方法难以对超临界机组主汽温进行有效的控制。基于此,提出二级过热汽温主调节器采用自抗扰控制器(ADRC)的设计方法,试验结果表明,用ADRC控制器控制主汽温对被控对象模型的不确定性和外部扰动变化具有较强的鲁棒性和适应性,控制系统具有优良的动态性能。
Due to the complex dynamic characteristics of supercritical units, the operation mode of variable parameters and the multivariable control features, it is difficult to control the main steam temperature of supercritical units by the traditional design method. Based on this, the design method of ADRC is proposed for the main regulator of the second superheated steam temperature.
