该文对中国商业文化的概念及內容进行了界定,指出商业文化包括三个层次的内容,即商业物质文化;商业制度文化:商业精神文化。商业文化学作为一门科学,它研究的对象是:商业思想观念文化;商业活动文化;商品文化;营销文化;消费文化;商业组织制度文化;商业科技文化等。创建和发展商业文化学对商业经营管理水平的提高,加速商业现代化进程有十分重要的意义。中国商业文化的模式,应具有:为消费者服务的价值观;以人为本的商业信仰;艰苦创业的商业精神,既讲集体主义又重视个人才干的行为准则,合义取利的道德规范;和谐的作风。塑造、培育商业文化的基本原则是:以马克思主义毛泽东思想为指导;以振兴商业和培养职工队伍为目标;在物质文化、制度文化、精神文化三个层次上下功夫;有鲜明个性和特色。
This article defines the concept and content of Chinese business culture, and points out that business culture includes three levels of content, namely, commercial material culture; commercial institutional culture: commercial spirit culture. Business culture is a science, and its research objects are: business ideas and culture; commercial activity culture; commodity culture; marketing culture; consumer culture; business organization system culture; business science and technology culture. It is of great significance to create and develop business culture studies to improve the level of business management and to speed up the process of commercial modernization. The model of Chinese business culture should include: values for serving consumers; human-oriented business beliefs; business spirits for arduous pioneering; not only collectivism but also the code of conduct for personal talent; . The basic principles for shaping and nurturing business culture are: guided by the Marxist Mao Zedong Thought; with the goal of revitalizing commerce and training the workforce; working hard at the three levels of material culture, institutional culture, and spiritual culture; with distinct personalities and characteristics.
