迁徙自由作为公民的一项基本人权,在当今为世界各国乃至国际社会广为关注。我国由于法律的缺失和户籍制度的限制使得这一权利的实现无法得到必要的保障。随着经济、社会的快速发展,迁徙自由在我国的适用已经成为一种必要,并且具备了现实的可行性适用条件。迁徙自由在我国的实现与发展必将带来重大的里程碑意义。
As a basic human rights of citizens, freedom of movement is a widespread concern in many countries of the world and the international community today. Due to the lack of law and the restriction of household registration system in our country, the realization of this right can not be guaranteed. With the rapid economic and social development, the application of freedom of movement in our country has become a necessity and possesses the practical conditions for its application. The realization and development of freedom of movement in our country will surely bring major milestone.
