高粱的雄性不育有多种类型,发生的原因复杂。对高粱雄性不育机理的探索一直是高粱杂种优势研究的重要领域。近年来采用细胞学和分子生物学方法对高粱雄性不育的研究取得了一些新的成果,从绒毡层细胞结构与功能的分析、减数分裂以及ATP酶的分布特征、不同的细胞生物学研究角度探索了雄性不育花药的败育过程。这些研究进展不仅对探明高粱雄性不育机理、恢复机制等有重要价值,而且对促进高粱杂种优势利用研究有重要意义。本文着重从细胞学水平介绍有关高粱花药败育过程的研究进展。
There are many types of sorghum male infertility, the reasons for the complex. The exploration of sorghum male sterility mechanism has been an important field of sorghum heterosis. In recent years, some new achievements have been made in the research on the male sterility of sorghum by using cytology and molecular biology methods. Based on the analysis of the cell structure and function of tapetum, meiosis and the distribution characteristics of ATPase, different cell biology From the perspective of research, the process of abortion of male sterile anthers was explored. These research progresses are of great value not only for ascertaining male sterility mechanism and recovery mechanism of sorghum, but also for promoting the utilization of heterosis in sorghum. This article focuses on the level of cytology introduced on the process of anther abortion of sorghum research progress.
