传统方法中对建筑的造价控制模型采用静态层次融合方法进行数学建模,随着建筑规模的扩大和用料成本的市场变动,导致对建筑工程造价的预估性能不好。提出一种基于博弈平衡控制的绿色保温建筑造价预测算法,实现对工程造价的成本控制。分析了绿色保温建筑的材料结构模型,对绿色保温建筑的混凝土墙面进行柔性造价与热应力梯度边界数值模拟,得到成本造价与绿色保温建筑生产效率约束关系函数。采用博弈平衡控制算法实现造价准确预测和评估。仿真结果表明,采用该模型能有效实现对建筑工程造价的预测和控制,精度较高,性能较好。
In the traditional method, the building cost control model is mathematically modeled by the static level fusion method. With the increase of the building scale and the market cost of the material cost, the estimated performance of the construction cost is not good. This paper proposes a forecasting algorithm of green insulation building cost based on game equilibrium control to realize the cost control of project cost. The material structure model of green thermal insulation building is analyzed. The numerical simulation of flexible cost and thermal stress gradient boundary is carried out on the concrete wall of green thermal insulation building. The relationship between the cost cost and the production efficiency of green thermal insulation building is obtained. Adopting game balance control algorithm to forecast and evaluate cost exactly. The simulation results show that the model can effectively predict and control the construction cost, with higher accuracy and better performance.
