目的分析人性化管理在提升乳腺癌手术护理质量中的效果。方法选取2014年2月~2017年1月我院所收治乳腺癌手术患者100例作为研究对象,通过数字随机方法将其分成对照组和实验组,各50例;对照组患者常规护理管理,实验组患者则选择人性化管理,分析比较护理效果。结果护理期间,实验组患者的治疗相关护理、基础护理、健康教育的护理质量优良率均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为乳腺癌手术患者提供人性化管理,能让护理质量显著提高,促进患者疾病康复,具有临床应用和推广价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of humanized management in improving the quality of nursing care of breast cancer. Methods From February 2014 to January 2017, 100 cases of breast cancer patients undergoing surgery in our hospital were selected as research objects, and divided into control group and experimental group by digital randomization method, 50 cases in each group. Conventional nursing management, Group patients choose humane management, analysis and comparison of nursing effects. Results During the nursing period, the excellent and good quality of nursing care, basic nursing and health education in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Humanized management for patients with breast cancer surgery can significantly improve the quality of care and promote the rehabilitation of patients with clinical application and promotion value.
