本综述旨在讨论生物人工胰系统(混合型人工胰)治疗糖尿病的可能性,并说明:①这一方法是研制闭路胰岛素输注系统(糖尿病研究中的重要课题)中最吸引人的方向;②有证据表明,可设计出符合生物人工胰定义、具备适宜性能、并在试验动物中能较正糖尿病的人工胰系统;③为取得这一系统的发展,对尚遗留的与临床相关的一些重要问题必须予以解决。本综述将述及的研究中主要难点为生物人工胰
