目的定量分析正常成年男性前列腺外周带的三维磁共振波谱(Three-dimensional magnetic resonance spec-troscopy 3DMRS)。方法收集20例无前列腺临床症状的患者行前列腺3DMRS检查,收集正常前列腺外周带的3DMRS资料,对胆碱复合物[胆碱(Choline)+肌酸(Creatine)]/枸橼酸盐(Citrate)的比值(CC/C)进行统计学分析,对年龄组间和6分区间CC/C数值进行独立样本t检验。结果20例正常前列腺外周带的CC/C比值均值为0.38±0.2(99%可信区间),年龄组间和6分区间该比值差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论正常前列腺代谢情况可用3DMRS来定量评价。正常前列腺外周带胆碱复合物浓度及波峰较低,枸橼酸盐的浓度及波峰较高,正常成年男性前列腺外周带不同区间代谢产物无显著差异,也无年龄差异。
Objective To quantitatively analyze the three-dimensional magnetic resonance spectro-troscopy (3DMRS) of normal adult male prostatic bands. Methods Totally 20 patients with no clinical symptoms of prostate were examined by 3D MRS. The 3D MRS data of the peripheral zone of the normal prostate were collected. The choline complex (Choline + creatine) / citrate (CC / C) for statistical analysis, independent samples t-test for CC / C values between age groups and 6 sub-regions. Results The mean CC / C ratio of 20 normal prostatic peripheral bands was 0.38 ± 0.2 (99% confidence interval). There was no significant difference between the age groups and the 6 subdivisions (P> 0.05). Conclusion Normal prostate metabolism can be used 3DMRS quantitative evaluation. The concentration and peak of choline complex in the normal prostate peripheral zone were lower, and the citrate concentration and peak were higher. There was no significant difference in the metabolic products in the peripheral zone of normal adult male prostate with no difference in age.
