采用均相电驱动膜技术对浙江某电厂软化后的脱硫废水进行浓缩及淡化处理研究。结果表明,均相电驱动膜可以实现脱硫废水的浓缩和淡化,浓缩后的溶液TDS的质量分数高于15%,淡化后的溶液TDS的质量分数低于0.3%;通过多段模拟,采用淡化阶段以30 V的较高电压运行、浓缩阶段以20 V的较低电压运行的方法,这样既可以加快制水速度、又可以降低能耗。运行电流与浓淡室的电导率成正相关关系。经处理的淡水可回用至脱硫塔,浓水可进行下一步处理。
Study on Homogenization and Desalination of Softened Desulfurization Wastewater in a Power Plant in Zhejiang by Homogeneous Electrically Driven Membrane Technology. The results show that homogeneous electric drive membrane can realize the concentration and desalination of desulfurization wastewater. The content of TDS in the concentrated solution is higher than 15% and the content of TDS in the desalinated solution is lower than 0.3%. The operating current has a positive correlation with the conductivity of the dilute chamber. Treated fresh water can be recycled to the desulfurization tower and concentrated water can be processed further.
