目的研究甘肃境内瑞香狼毒的叶面挥发性成分。方法采用顶空固相微萃取技术(HS-SPME)提取,通过气质联用分析(GC-MS)对甘肃两地(兰州榆中县及武威天祝县)的瑞香狼毒地上部挥发物的主要成分进行定性研究。结果天祝瑞香狼毒挥发物中总共鉴定出35种化合物,其中主要成分为烷类、酮类、酯类、醛类和醇类。从其榆中瑞香狼毒挥发物中鉴定出19种化合物;主要成分为烷类、酮类、醛类和醇类。其中有12种化合物为两地共有。结论虽然两地的瑞香狼毒成分有较高的相似性,但是武威天祝县的瑞香狼毒含有更为丰富的挥发性成分。
Objective To study the leaf volatile components of Stellera chamaejasme in Gansu. Methods The headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) was used to detect the volatile components in the shoots of Stellera chamaejasmelon in Gansu (Yuzhong, Lanzhou and Tianzhu, Wuwei) by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC- The main components of qualitative research. Results A total of 35 compounds were identified in volatile compounds of Stellera chamaejasmel, the main components of which were alkanes, ketones, esters, aldehydes and alcohols. Nineteen compounds were identified from the volatile compounds of Stellera chamaejasme in Yuzhong. The main components were alkanes, ketones, aldehydes and alcohols. Twelve of these compounds are common to both. Conclusions Although the Stellera chamaejasme is highly similar in both places, the Stellera chamaejasme in Tianzhu County of Wuwei contains more abundant volatile components.
