1 引 言 银杏是我国的特产,近年来国内外学者研究发现银杏种仁含有许多药用价值的成分.由于种胚中含有氢氰酸,食用过多容易中毒.本文采用在银杏采收后立即用低温速冻或60Co幅照抑制种胚生长发育,减少氢氰酸含量,并用酶水解样品后,直接用离子选择性电极法测定.结果显示RSD<2%,回收率达到89.5%~103%,方法简便,快速,测定结果较为满意.2 实验部分2.1 主要仪器和试剂 EA-940离子计,氰离子选择性电极,甘汞电极(美国orion公司),α-淀粉酶300U/mL,β-淀粉酶 280 U/mL(生化试剂),0.025 mol/L KH2PO4+0.025 mol/L Na2HPO4缓冲液(pH=6.9),10-1mol/L氰化钾标准贮备液,试剂均为分析纯.
