On September 2, 1945, the Japanese government representative signed an unconditional surrender on the deck of the “Missouri” proclaiming the victory of the world anti-fascist war. However, the end of World War II did not make mankind look forward to permanent peace. The “consensus” of peaceful development can hardly prevent some countries from brazenly competing for resources and interests by means of military invasion of other countries. Apart from the influence of civilizations and ideologies, the partial wars have still lasted till now. After more than 60 years of long-term accumulation, our country has become the second-largest economy in the world and the most important contributor to world economic growth. The relatively peaceful surrounding environment is where our country has been able to maintain its rapidity over the long term
