目的:了解丽水地区畲族人群乙型肝炎病毒基因型的分布并比较本地区汉族人群感染该病毒基因型分布的差异,并进一步了解畲族人群乙型肝炎病毒感染者不同基因型对肝脏的损害程度以及乙肝血清标志物的表达。方法:用实时荧光PCR结合S基因测序的方法检测研究对象中HBV DNA阳性感染者,判定其基因型;运用全自动生化分析仪检测其肝功能指标ALT及A ST;用酶联免疫吸附试验检测乙肝血清标志物。结果:共检测了1 744份畲族标本,筛查到HBV DNA阳性173例,其中B型基因78例,C型基因92例,B/C混合型3例;B和C型中HBV DNA拷贝数的平均对数值分别为4.596±1.814和5.364±2.189;B和C型中转氨酶升高的分别为13和15例;B和C型中HB eA g阳性的分别为11和26例;平行检测了相当数量的本地区汉族人群作为对照。结论:丽水地区畲族人群感染HBV以B和C型为主,其中C型基因占的比例大于B型,与同一地区的汉族人群相比具有显著差异;就丽水地区畲族人群而言,B型感染者较C型感染者HBV DNA拷贝数低,HB eA g阳性率低,预示B型感染者较C型感染者的病毒活动性弱,肝脏损害轻,预后好。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the distribution of hepatitis B virus genotypes in She population of Lishui Prefecture and to compare the distribution of HBV genotype distribution in Han population in Lishui Prefecture, to further understand the degree of liver damage caused by different genotypes of hepatitis B virus infection in She population, Hepatitis B serum marker expression. Methods: Real-time fluorescent PCR combined with S gene sequencing method was used to detect HBV DNA positive patients in the study to determine their genotype; using automatic biochemical analyzer to detect liver function indexes ALT and A ST; using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay Hepatitis B serum markers.
