实验室生物测定比较了阿维菌素B2和B1对四种节肢动物的毒力活性。B2对小菜蛾、褐背小萤叶甲和大水蚤的毒力活性均高于B1,48h Lc50值(B2/B1)分别为0.80/1.32μg/mL,0.063/0.089μg/mL和0.00021/0.00049μg/mL。对二点叶螨的 24h毒力,B1(0.0082 μg/mL)略高于B2(0.0094μg/mL)。以B2乳油剂有效成分7.5—15.0g/hm2田间防治小菜蛾,或 3.75~7.50g/hm2防治褐背小萤叶甲均可取得极佳防治效果。
Laboratory bioassays compared the virulence of avermectins B2 and B1 against four arthropods. The virulence activities of B2 to Plutella xylostella, Diabrotica philoxeroides and Daphnia magna were all higher than those of B1 and 48h (B2 / B1) of 0.80 / 1.32μg / mL and 0.063 / 0, respectively. 089 μg / mL and 0.00021 / 0.00049 μg / mL. The virulence of Tetranychus urticae for 24h, B1 (0.0082 μg / mL) was slightly higher than that of B2 (0.0094 μg / mL). Controlling the diamondback moth (Plutella xylostella) with 7.5-15.0 g / hm2 active ingredient of B2 emulsifying agent or preventing and curing Monochamus alternifolio with 3.75-7.50 g / hm2 can achieve excellent control effect.
