教师对教材的处理能力,是教师教学业务能力中的一项核心能力。由于职业教育与普通教育的差异,对职业学校教师教材的处理能力的要求也有很大的不同,主要表现为对课程计划的设计能力、教材知识的整合能力、社会需求变化的纳新能力、教材内容的置换能力等。
