目的:通过对野牡丹科锦香草属植物短毛熊巴掌的生药学研究,为进一步开发和利用短毛熊巴掌提供鉴别依据。方法:通过结合相关文献,对短毛熊巴掌进行形态描述、显微鉴别(观察须根、根茎、茎、叶中脉横切面的组织构造,叶上、下表皮特征及全株粉末显微特征,进行绘图和文字描述)。结果:详细的描述了短毛熊巴掌的性状特征、显微特征。结论:短毛熊巴掌的须根、根茎、茎、叶中脉及其粉末特征可作为短毛熊巴掌的鉴别特征。
OBJECTIVE: To provide a basis for the further development and utilization of Shorthaired Bears’ slags by studying the pharmacognosy of Paeonia septempunctatus. Methods: Morphological description and microscopic identification (observation of the tissue structure, the upper and lower epidermis and the whole plant powder microscopic features of the transverse ventral roots, rhizomes, stems and leaves, Drawing and text description). Results: A detailed description of traits, microscopic features. CONCLUSION: The fibrous roots, rhizomes, stems, leaf midrib and their powder features of Shorthaired bear’s slat can be used as distinguishing features of shorthaired slags.
