从内生真菌发酵提取物中筛选高效的微生物源杀虫剂,分别采用玻片浸渍法和点滴法,经初筛、复筛测定了9种植物分得44种内生真菌的70个发酵提取物对朱砂叶螨、桃粉蚜的杀虫活性。结果表明,各种提取物(2 mg/mL)对桃粉蚜有较高致死率,0.5 mg/mL对朱砂叶螨24 h的触杀作用不明显,48 h致死率均有不同程度提高,其中6株内生真菌的发酵提取物具有较高的杀虫活性,分别是CQ-5、CQ-8、DLD-2、GT-10、GWT-1和JK-2。本研究在供试的提取物中筛选出高活性菌株MQZ-4-L,其对朱砂叶螨有较强的杀虫活性,48 h的LD50计算值为0.482 9 mg/mL。该研究结果为发现新的杀虫活性先导化合物提供了依据。
