阿斯匹林是使用最为广泛的解热镇痛药。近年来,对阿斯匹林与其他药物的相互作用曾作了大量研究。现将有关报道简述如下: 1.肝素:因阿斯匹林可降低血小板的粘性,故应用肝素者应避免并用阿斯匹林。 2.氨甲喋呤:阿斯匹林与氨甲喋呤联用,可增加或延缓血桨游离氯甲喋呤的浓度,从而使毒性增加。这种机制是由于阿斯匹林可置换氨甲喋呤的血桨蛋白结合部位,或竞争了氨甲喋呤的肾排泄所致。据报道,当两种药物并用时,氨甲喋呤的肾清除率可
Aspirin is the most widely used antipyretic and analgesic. In recent years, a great deal of research has been conducted on the interaction of aspirin with other drugs. Now report briefly as follows: 1. Heparin: Because aspirin can reduce platelet viscosity, so the application of heparin should be avoided and used aspirin. 2. Methotrexate: Aspirin and methotrexate in combination, can increase or delay the concentration of plasma free methotrexate, resulting in increased toxicity.
