[新闻回顾] 7月2日,教育部考试中心网站公布教育部通知,通知要求,结束高等教育学历文凭,结束文凭考试试点工作,取消高等教育学历文凭考试。已具有文凭考试试点资格的民办高等教育机构,2004年可适度招生文凭考试学生。自2005年始,所有进行文凭考试试点的民办高等教育机构,一律终止招收文凭考试学生。通知指出,教育部在通知发布后将不再对文凭考试试点省份进行资格审批,已具有文凭考试试点资格的省级教育行政部门,一律不再对文凭考试试点机构进行资格审批,并切实做好各项善后工作。教育部同时表示,原来进行文凭考试试点工作的民办高等教育机构,是我国高等教育资源的组成部分,要继续利用好这一资源。
