水健康循环与循环经济是人类面对资源和环境约束问题寻求可持续发展的求解。水健康循环与循环经济发展是水资源—生态—社会经济复合系统的子系统,二者互为条件、相互依存、相互包含,具有互动与协同作用。水健康循环是循环经济发展的必要条件和主要目标,而循环经济发展又是实现水健康循环的基本条件和主要途径,二者协同作用是复合系统有序演化的客观需求。水健康循环与循环经济发展,对生态环境健康演化和人类可持续发展具有重要意义。
Water health cycle and circular economy are the solutions to the problem of seeking sustainable development in the face of human resources and environmental constraints. The development of water health cycle and circular economy is a subsystem of the water resources-ecology-socio-economic compound system.
